my city RUSE:

One of the biggest Bulgarian cities. 200,000 citizens (it used to be 400,000 but now ...
the old part of the town - at the bank of the Danube and the centre is built by austrian architects.
nickname of city - The Small Viena. between Ruse and Gurgu is a bridge across the Danube.

1st - where it is situated - south of romanian capital Bucurest

2nd - statue of liberty (a gift from France) - symbol of the town

3rd - the renewed theater (the buidling looks quite small and ugly here but it is awesome; its built about 1880 or so)

4th - the court house

5th - the palace of king Ferdinand in Ruse

6th - a bulding next to the theater in Austrian style (quite old 2)

7th - the first bank built in town

8th - columns at the begining of the Danube Bridge

Hristo Botev is one of the greatest greatest bulgarian heroes. he fought for the freedom of bulgaria in the 19th century. a big poet and rebel.

Ceushesko built an awesome parliament house but fucked up your economy in the 80's.
i was in bucurest @ 24th november. because of the fog i couldnt see all the beautiful buildings in yar capital :[

And yes, he did a lot more to the romanian nation, but I would need tons of pages to write and it is, for sure, not a place to discuss this.

We're here to enjoy some cool pics and see new cities ( which prolly I will visit in the future, if I didn't, until now

)

EDIT: @ xfire - i know about his goal - 2 make romania a super-industrial country and make bucurest a copy of Paris. he destroyed romania's economy - in the late 80's u didnt have even money for food :[ but now the situation is faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar better. it seems some time was required 2 make everything work as it had to.
i know about that situation from my dad so u dont have to explain nothing

and yeah you should see Sibiu now during christmas

there are so much lights and the town hall is imba!!! and thw whole Grand Plaza in the center of the city

Ok here are some pics of my little town called Prokuplje...xD
First pic is main building i dunno how to say but you will understand...
Second pic i took one night with phone and that's why it is so small but it is beautifull and my dearest pic

Also i like third frozen river Toplica in winter

Fourth is monument for all dead in kosovo 1999
And last one ofc almost whole town from hill...xD
