Yes, but this is online installer which requires windows updates and I got my on OFF, and I don't want to turn them ON. Can you find me the full installer (about 20mb) somewhere?

looks for this host pack thing for warcraft tft,
I see many pepole with it, it shows the other people ip (where they come from )
ban list, ping etc.. Iam sure you know what I mean .. thx
