Buzzing/Humming sound when recording

Hi,
I have very annoying problem with my headphones ! When I talk on skype or teamspeak all people hear is buzzing noise
Any help?

Highly possible. As a side note to that, make sure there aren't any radio/wireless phone devices around and that the voltage on the microphone is correct.
