I suspect Furion or his mates, that they had a maphack.

Times from my demo:
12:20 - probably observing Spectre in a fog, hiding and then catching her.
14:25-30 - teleport almost directly to gyrocopter to kill

My demo custom demo begins 2:03 before game timer, so if you want exact game times, substract 2:03 - therefore in-game time will be 10:17 and 12:22-27.
