I connected with proxy because Cen gave me that advice. Now I removed it.

Do you have a virus scanner installed which can block programs?

Do you have euroloader allowed in the firewall?

On which type of network is your computer? Public, work or home network?

Do you have a router which blocks programs?

Opening command prompt (cmd), try typing "ping server.eurobattle.net".

If that doesn't work, something is blocking you from accessing the server.

If it doesn't work and you're on Windows XP (or have a tracing tool), open cmd and type "tracert server.eurobattle.net". Should show where does the packet get lost.
