Bnet PROBLEM

Hi, i cant connect to bnet and i dont know why. My Acc name is [PatO][7][7][7]
I dont ever use any hacks or something. And my friend from same Town has same problem. His nick is kazatel88
Can u help me please? Or say me why i cant connect?
