Facebook is defenetly not owned by CIA.. but it does not mean it can't be used as a source of information. But let's face it.. nobody gives a fuck what you post on your facebook or anywhere else unless he has a good reason to get information about you-like if you commit a crime or if you are a suspect (or if you are looking for a job, that kind of stuff). At that point it does not really matter if you are on FB or not.. if it is a serious criminal offense they can listen to your phone calls, track your internet traffic at the provider etc..
Any real criminal or hacker will stay behind 10000 proxies and try to leave as little information on the web as possible.
