Ok its account HerZ, he disced me twice after i was finishing him on PG.

First time i was not make SS but now i have screen, i dont have screen with pings because i didnt know when he will disc me but it was on the end of the game.

Replay and screenshot attached below.

His stats is 24:3 and his APM is about 50 so you can judge from where he have so good stats if he losing from me (my score 13:11).

He discing all players as i heard but none was report him.

Hope mods will take action shortly.
