Delay problem

I have delay around 2 sec, sometimes i dont but useally i do.
Do you know someone why?
I have 10mbit/sec internet connection.

Ok i fixed it, my utorrent was on. I still didnt downloaded anything but looks like when utorrent is on i have delay, no matter if i downloading something or not.

the download is not the problem, upload is the problem, cause no matter if you are downloading or not someone is always have acces to the files your sharing via utorrent.

anyhow I m glad its fixed.
