Need help joining dota

Hello, i was trying to join dota, and i can't, i checked my self on banlist both ip and name,, and i wasn't there, i even have the maps required, and i can't stil join dota, please help: )

maybe your banned at www.playdota.eu or at some country bot since games aren't hosted by server they are hosted by bots

How to check if i'm banned there? Still how can someone would be banned for nothing it interests me.
