    Hosting Solution (1.26a)

HOW TO SOLVE HOSTING PG AND CG ISSUES IN 1.26a VERSION:

Many of you downloaded the first version of installer which runs the GProxy automatically alongside the loader, that's why most of you are not able to host PG and CG anymore.

    1st - Removing:

You have to uninstall your current installer: START > Programs > Eurobattle.net > Uninstall Eurobattle.net
Now you need to go at add and remove programs in your control panel to be sure if there's any Eurobattle.net installer remaining in your pc and erase it once for all (1.24/1.26 w/e).

    2nd - Installing:

Now that you're 100% sure that you don't have any Eurobattle.net Installer installed in your pc, open your task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and look for GProxy, if you find anything related to GProxy, finish them.
Make sure you download the correct installer (1.26a_b_man DOWNLOAD) and run it.

    3rd - Playing:

Now you got 2 new icons in your desktop, Gproxy and Euroloader.

    • If you want to play Ladder/PG and host your own games, just double click the euroloader
    • If you want to play dota matches hosted by private leagues, open your GProxy first.

The last thing, before you connect you have to chose your gateway. Chose Eurobattle.net instead of Eurobattle.net Gproxy if you want to play pg and host your own matches:

    CANNOT HOST YET ? PORT-FORWARDING

    1st - Adding Ports:

In windows go at start button and type cmd in the Search-bar and press enter.
So the following black window will appear, now you just have to type ipconfig and press enter.

A list will be shown, you have to look for something like Standard Gateway and take the number in the right side.

Now open your navigator and paste that number in the the blank bar to open a page (ex: http://XXX.XXX.X.X/ ), so an user and password will be requested to go ahead. Nearly all standard passwords for almost all models can be found at Portforward.com. With a detailed explanation how to forward ports in your specific model.

Each router got a different page, so you will have to look for something like Forwarding/Virtual Servers and add port 6112 (TCP and UDP), like this:

Remember, you have to add 6112, by default:

    6112 UDP:

Port 6112 with IPv4 UDP enabled

    6112 TCP:

Port 6112 With IPv4 TCP Enabled
    2nd - Allowing Ports:

Now get back in the start bar and write Firewall, so you should see something like Firewall Advanced Security (Windows 7 Users).
Click there and in the left side you will see 2 little red walls with green arrows (input/output) >

Firstly Chose input and then in the right side of your screen you should see something like New Rule

Now chose option Port > Then chose option TCP and bellow type 6112
Later you will have to do the same thing, but instead of TCP, chose UDP.

In the next 2 steps you just have to chose NEXT and at the third one you chose a name (Warcraft III,Loader or w/e)

You allowed Ports in INPUT, now you have to allow in OUTPUT (Same Steps).

If you did not understand any of these steps or you're still not able to host after all, feel free to search for one of our technical supporters.

    Regards,
    Eurobattle.net Staff.
