I've just bought a notebook and installed wc3 on it, i run on windows 7, game is working perfectly, but is there anyway i can make the game run on full screen, change the resolution to wide?

i've got a friend and we play a lot of dota together and we both have ghost but i can't join his game he can't join mine, but other people can, is there anything we can do? cause the last 5-6 matches...
