why cant i connect?? help pls

i can connect to all other servers except xpam, i dunno what is wrong, pls help i am waiting bout 10 secs and the "unable to connect..." shows up :( :(

the servers is just down sometimes

i think mad max have some problems with the server try tomorow ...will work for shure dont worry ur not banned ..i think
