I have a question, coz i`m not sure about one situation (i`m talking about lag abusing). Lets use an example to explain what i mean: Player X is playing against Player Y on players` X host and player X has ping higher than 500 but @ the end of the game player X is leaving and gives win to the player Y. And here i have question : will player X be noted for lagging?

If player X is killed by lagkiller, he must give win to player Y, which suffer from his lagz....if he dont do it, he get noted, 2nd time ban.

But the problem is that Player X isnt killed by Lagchecker, but his ping was to high to play pg ;)

Well....as I know lagkiller checked connection every 30 sec.....so if his ping was >>>500 only once it's no problem. But if you have 4-5 SS from 1 game with his huge ping he should take noted, but not if he gives you honestly a win!
