6112
Host a game, go to this site (http://www.canyouseeme.org/) and check this port. If your forwarding is configured correctly, it should report a success.

BTW: your hostnames are... strange :P

I think its my IP, my router say's 192.168.0.191 i've got that bud i've dont have and Alternative DNS server so i think i dont have create an good Static IP.

Error: I could not see your service on 88.159.255.156 on port (6112)
Reason: Connection refused

And Open Port check tool says IP on 88.159.255.156

I am confused now!

Answer:
Your router hast an external IP, the 88.xxx, internally you have 192.xxx, that's why you need forwarding, such that the port on IP 88.xxx gets linked to the port on your machine

Some technical background:
Due to the limitations of IPv4, there are only around 3 billions addresses avaible. Sounds like many? Well, there are allready >7 billion people on the world ;) So you need a possibility to attach multiple PC to one IP, that's what a router does. It masquerades your local IP's (192.xxx) to one public IP (88.xxx). As another machine (like another player who wants to join your game) asks for port 6112 on your public IP, the router doesn't know what to do with the package, therefore drops it => no answer. If you forward the port, the router sends the package to your machine and also cares for the packages sent back. That's basically what port forwarding does.

go to cmd.exe > type ipconfig to see the IP Address
also, I suggest changing 6112-6119,4000 and 6112-6119 to 6112
change and try to host.
