Hosting games (not the usual problem)

I have a problem with hosting games.
I can create a game and people CAN join, however they can't download custom maps from me.
I have no router, tried the port forwarding and disabled my FW!

(Sorry if it's the wrong forum, I have no idea how i got to this one :P i wanted to do it in the help forum)

On the left of their name, is it "0" or "?" or any thing?

yeah, when they join it's "?", sometimes 0
