problem with the loader

i reinstalled war3, i patched to 1.22 and when i tried to install w3battle_122a.exe received an error message :

Dependency Installation Script: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 - Download and Install, Line 122: attempt to call field 'Is64bitOS' (a nil value)

though i could finish the installation and then i could play , the delay reducer doesen't work, i can't start it .today i downloaded microsoft framework 2.0 and installed it but still the same problem. Can smbdy help me ?

You can downoad .NET Framework 2.0 ('http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en') or .NET Framework 3.5 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=E3821449-3C6B-42F1-9FD9-0041345B3385&displaylang=en).
Try reinstalling delay reducer, if it doesnt work after installing .Net Frameworks.
