go to Cmd.exe (command prompt)
and type
ipconfig
take a screen shot and post it here.

ok i thought that this was the problem, you are port forwarding the ports to the wrong up
in ur router, you opened the ports to the IP
192.168.0.1
Remove that and instead put the IP 192.168.0.167
and do as u did, and try to host now
