video problem

I bought a new video card for my pc: FX 5500 and when I start the game I see only 1/4 of the screen. Previously the game run at 640x480 and I thought that was the problem but I changed resolution from registry to 1280x1024, the quality of the image improved but I stil can't see the whole image. I took a screenshot and looks normally. What to do?
Its a driver problem?

ofcourse its a driver problem ... the old driver doesnt work for this video card .

wow. It worked!!! I downloaded the latest driver from the site but the problem became worse :( Then I downloaded an older driver and now it works fine. Till now I had onboard video and shiva and Venomancer's ulti were my nightmares. now I can hook precisely :)
