What are you talking about ?
If you did something wrong, you will be banned, if you didn't no one will ban you.
If you want to ask but something related to user bans check the hacks section, if your account got back post an unban request in the Banned Users Forum (http://www.eurobattle.net/forumdisplay.php?f=277). We can't help you with these kind of things.
