When [SiSA]A.C.A.B. Is in channel sisa he dont allow to anyone to be in that channel he say he cr8 that channel but my friend was there before him so pls do something.

dont you mean channel "Clan SiSA" ? or just "sisa" ?

/clan priv and /clan pub only works on clan channels .. he cant lock a normal channel :)

There's an infinite number of channels he can join, be tempop and kick those who he doesn't want to be in, in that case.
