your parents have the login and passwordd to the router . ask them . after u have access to advanced settings in the router we will help u to forward the ports .

omg dont type your password here . btw most isp's offer free online technical support . check for thir free telephone number and call them . they will guide u on the phone or send a team of technicians to your home and your problem will be solved .

The usrename and the password are admin. It's on all telekom routers. So:
Ussername: admin
Password:admin

If you mean someone changed the default username and password, there is a small reset button at the back of most router, click it, hold it for 3 sec and the router resets. (ALL CONFIGURATIONS WILL BE REMOVED)
