When I double click on patch .exe i can see that;/

Redownload the patch from here:
http://eurobattle.net/showthread.php?t=75705

and make sure you are patching the correct address of the game.

In this is
1. Install War3 RoC & TFT
2. Install full patch 1.21 A
3. Install server's installer
But i haven't done second part so i should jump to third ?

ofcourse not.
Download the patch and try to install it in the warcraft game folder.
C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\ ( in most cases ).

Ok could you tell me where have u got this ugly file InstallPath?
C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\InstallPath doesn't work :/

Ok I did it in regedit but I've got new problem

try patch the directory:
C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\
