how to kill the fountain without cheats

my brother was playing a pub ... when i came to the pc only he was in the game and i took over .

to kill the fountain simply make 2 butterfly + 2 divine + 1 bloodstone ( minimum 150 charges )

i never knew this could be done without cheats ... go to fast forward until minute 38 .... then the fun starts

I did it long time ago with old naix. It was game where all left and i was 1v1 vs leshrac. I made some plate mails some divines butterfly and i came to fountain and killed it. Then leshrac coudnt heal -_- it was funny ... Anyway fountain can be killed with sniper also..

Edit: Oh, i watched the replay. Dude ... its same like u typed cheats. Coz u had countless gold, xp, and everything. Its like u did it in single player, and it suck. Try to do it in some pub like i did :) ^^

did you watch the replay ? this was not a normal game , they all quit and rmk at the beginning .i wanted to see how he could kill the fountain without cheats and i saw , now you can also see



@ max ... u cant kill the fountain with gold and xp ...... and in a normal game u could never kill the fountain like that ... with 200hp regen/sec ... the game would not last that long .

I said that i killed fountain in normal game, but with naix, who had all passive magics, and imba lifesteal. Ofc u cant kill fountain like this in normal game, but on other ways u can.

Ofc u can life steal from fountain. U can probably kill it with brood, and other lifestealers. Its not the building.

any hero with bloodstone ( 150+ charges ) can kill the fountain . i just wanted to say that bloodstone is the most powerfull item in dota because of this feature . unlimited charges = unlimited power :D just like pudge with unlimited strength :D

p.s. max i didnt know the fountain was an organical unit ..... i thaught its has the properties of a building ( mechanical or something )

I am not joking. If u dont believe me, go in single player, type cheat for money, pick brood, -lvlup till 25, buy 5 divines and butterfly, and u will see that u will kill it easly. Anyway ofc u cant farm 5 divines and butt in game, but theres some other stuff with what u can kill fountain, but u need to test it 1st many times(like i did with naix in single player be4 i pwnd it in pub).

And yes, claudiu, fountain is organic.

Couple of heroes with full inventory can take it down... just right amount of lifesteal with the right amount of dps + evaison.... viola. Old naix could have done it easely... not even full inven, just a butter, divine and satanic, thats half inventory

i can kill the fountain with keeper of the light / puck and whatever int hero not based on dps on normal hit .... i just need a bloodstone with 200 charges ( like in the first replay ... a pub game of 5v5 after a they all left i had my way with them )

Yea naix could do it.

Brood can do it with decent items and ulti since life can be leeched from fountain.

Of course you can make 6 hearts, just keep farming, with one heart you are already on you way to crazy farm, and as for the 1v1, all i can say is LOL

u can do that with all channeling spells just need to cast on time not just with naga mirror image

The game last about 90mins.We farm and give them hope = free kills,not killing them, etc and even put our farmed items in base so we looked ordinary.
And at the 80+ mins mark..boom ! we come out with uber items and use rexxar to cut trees at the top right corner to make a clear path for us to slowly walk in and destroy fountain.After fountain destroyed, we just wait for them to respawn and take turns to godlike.If i got the time, i will cut just the fountain part.For now here is the whole replay.

why not troll instead of mortred .... mortreds ulty doesnt work on the fountain ( or does it ? ) , and troll has the endurance aura to kill the fountain even faster .

and rexar instead of basilius could use a butter to improve tanking :D but it was easy like u sayd .... 18 secs of invunerability :P

i will put this replay on the dota-allstars forum :D you ppl did a good job killing the fountain and it took alot of time and effort ....
