Please is there any way for me to reduze the delay when i am not the host ?? Is realy messing up my game. My ping is about 300 when i am not hosting.

well, try to find hosts near your country, or from same country.Its normal that if you are from e.g Serbia or w/e and host is from BRasil, you will have big delay.With one decent host and not so big distance, you wont have too much delay

Velocity of down 657ks up 57ks e ping 150. I do (alt q) so is difficult choose who i gonna play witch.

My 2 cents: your upload is awfully small, maybe try to a bigger internet subscription or a better net provider. Also when you play close internet explorer, yahoo messanger or such programs that may eat your bandwith.
