Vengeful spirit discussion

Hey Im tired of feeders with vengeful spirit and people who start with boots or agility +3... Also, dont you think aura early is useless. Earlygame, the aura provides the pathetic +5 to +15-20 dmg........
:mad::mad::mad: the V s is a funny hero so I think it is important to use him right.
MY IDEA is to spam stun by taking sobi mask and doing 2-3levels of stats when ofc stun is maxed at lvl7 After that comes gank time and one must take the swap skill. About items--> start with mask+tangoo, then do boots+bracer, then go for desolator/bfl/radia/mkb after completing str treads. Any of these items will do I think. DONT you EVER DO VANGUARD omfg , I want to say...

skill build is stun+stats..and swap ofc...early game aura is not that good

and item build is like 2-3 bracers, boots,(NO treads,travel is much better)...then get some regen, and rush lothar, since you should swap, stun, and then activate lothar so you wont be killed in few secs by rest of oponent team...btw venge does not need dmg items or lifesteal, her job is not that...also you must buy some wards, and chicken (share it)...this is how a decent venge should look like

Since you will constantly gang from lets say lvl 7, and buy wards as well, bottle is great choice because you will be able to constantly refill using runes and make from yourself a constant threat. About rest.. read post above ;)

nub mods...venge is a killer in pubs,i mean every hero is a killer in pubs :).36% dmg aura (only agility dmg) so farm her butter,buriza and satanic and you'er the man!when you're playing some decent private game with skilled players bottle,bracers and boots of travel would do the trick or if you're having a nice farm go for lothars since its easier to swap and gang and ofc its a lifesaving tool.don't forget that you're a ward whore :D.regards

Travels is must imo get some hp and as extasy said lothar for escape

Too put it short she is agi-suport that needs a "gtfo" item (lothar) not agi-carry.

Hah.. im quite good with VS.. not boasting.. its true.. of cos skill build is stun + stats till maybe when u've a decent amount of hp mana then go aura.. for items.. if ur a teamplayer BoT.. Lothars... Butter/Mkb and for orb of cos depends of lineup i usually go skadi + lfiesteal if ur mates are a tanker or 2 then deso or mljorn + skadi.. if ur not farming good s n y then later add on a skadi will also quite do. =)

Interesting strategy is to go with furion on line. Take stun+ second spell, make basilus, while furion would make bucler and push towers like mad with trees. Think about it ;)

i use her 2nd spell (i think it's called fear or smth like that), especially if you got another stunner/slower in lane. that way you can stun, cast -armour, get another stun/slow from m8, then if you somehow have mana, another your stun since it has pretty low cd (7 sec as i recall).bottle fits in this perfectly and also a clarity potion as one of the first items.

I took once aura with trax as 2nd skill, and i was on a lane with vojin who had higher base dmg than me, and cause of my aura, the dmg gap between us increased even more so couldn't last hit and cost us the game cause without money i didnt have any items and so i couldn't carry the team.

i play vs like 3 bracers,bottle,wards(i dont upgrade chicken,i dont buy it eighter)lothar earlier,then stygian,then if the game continue ill go heart and skill build,stun+ stats,ulti at 6 and so on,aura i take after lvl 2 ulti

when it comes in putting venge in lane:

It was just an interesting idea which pop-uped on my mind :) Never tried it but it should work as a nice surprise .. Ofcourse there are better combos which we all play, but its cool to try something new, change etc ;)

her ulti without lothar in many conditions can be a 2 cuts blade.. anyway i think venge it's not a hero to be chosen in ap pro games...

I'd take the same items(basil and buckler), and put furion and undying... I think that's more imba pushing power.

A good combo with venge that i tried ....

Omniknight + Vengeful Spirit = Repel/Heal + Swap/Stun
Tiny + Venge = Stun/Toss + Swap/Stun

Venge support rules =P

why ppl say thay vengefull is support only? i pefer it as an attack hero and make good use of its aura. i know the low range is a problem but why make a good passive skill useless?. 36% is very much

in pubs every hero is a "attack hero".:Dvenge is a support hero,nothing more.the imba aura is there too help your carry heroes killing,i mean all her skills have that function.
P.S.aura helps a lot in late game pushes so it should be taken early since its useless at that time

I dont know much about vengfull...

But i played her once with my friend and he was roftreller, swap, + roftrellers ulti near a tower ^^, worked pretty well

I used to make null talisman, bracer or 2, desolater and Lothar, howl of terror + desolater -11armor, used to be good..
I prefer Slardar on my side... my stun, his stun, a lot of - armor, he has sprint, I have ww, no one can escape, not even with ww, coz of slardar ulti...

yap... all you need is too farm up those few thousand for boots and 3 bracers while your getting 6-7 level, and roam the earth setting up frags for your carry :)
