problems...i have never seen a bug like this..help!

When I am hosting a game and someone who dont have the map joins the game I have this strange bug: if I try to cancel the game (by closing the room) the screen just freezes and i have to use ctr+alt+del and restart the game... / OR: if I kick the user downloading and try to start the game, the loading screen runs normal but the game dont start...like if someone else is loading the map.
I tried to reinstall everything(following the tutorial) but still the same...can someone help me with this?? It sucks...when someone joins the game and start downloading it makes me waste a lot of time by using ctrl+alt+del and restarting the game:(:(:(:(

Yes I am, but i already tried to close and still have the bug with nothing but the warcraft 3 running.

No, I play a lot and never had problems with lag.. :(

it didnt made any difference :(

it should make a difference since the bot is autokicking every1 who doesnt have the map(they cant join the game).
