sublime_ got vouched back, can i get vouched in?

sublime had 3 vouches (they were mods vouches so i guess it counts as bit more than 3 regular) + he was vouched back in, but I know that more than 3-4 ss'ers will vouch for me to be accepted into ss. so can i hear your opinion mods?
