Wrestling without a doubt, although Judo is pretty effective too.

Wrestlers are usually more powerful, flexibile, faster, more explosive and have more devastating throws, so wrestling wins.

wrestlers more flexible ? hah you must be mistaking . wrestlers are just oversized chunks of muscles without any flexibility , if you tell them to tie thir shoes they cant reach because of the oversized muscle mass .

Pardon me? Do you mean American Wrestling??Because I have lots of wrestling friends their skins more like a stone but they are ussualy tall and slim,
What I mean they don't have brutal force But they hurt too much :)
Yes it is not same with judo, As far as I remember Judo created to beat samurai's so they ussualy use enemies ankles to beat. Wrestling is more like "getting enemy in position of thinking that he is in a bad situation " Once he gots bad mood that means he gave up.Wrestler use brute force yes.But in a technical way, With using their brains and they ussualy try to slip while he is in a bad stiuation instead of pushing or doing such a brute thing.But while beating they use brute force.Altought they don't punch or kick, they use harming ways but not that so dangerous way.But judo,karate or such martial arts for killing.So they have too many dangerous techincs.
