this section will serve as a base for xpam quiz, contests and many other mini games we are going to develop. since for start there is only quiz, this mini game is placed in general section. later all will be sorted in subsections with seperate rules.

please avoid creating new topics unless its something urgent. feel free to post in suggestions thread.
