30 points for 1 month seems poor, if you think of how hard is to catch hint online and then answer the question. :)

Well,it's not that hard to catch Hint.
If you /watch him every time you join the server,you'll know when he will log in.
When you're being noticed by the server account HINT has logged in,make sure you type /whois and there you go .. a chance to answer his question and gain 1 point in our quiz.
And the 30 points rule .. quiz is going to have it's own ladder,consisting of a certain thread all by itself.
Every point you get will be registered there,and you can get them in more then 1 month,since they will still count.

If you get points with 2 different accounts but same IP, is it possible to transfer points to one account only?

[getting points on different accounts could happen, if you don't want to leave dota game, but you want point, so you log in with topaz, but you need different account....just as example]

Well,not exactly,no.
Why would you go all the way for such trouble ?
Stay logged in with topaz,then see account HINT logged in with your w3 account while in dota game,then alt-tabbing to see which channel it went to,join the channel,check the question,answer it if you know it,then alt-tab back to your dota game ?
It will be ruined by that time.
If you insist on answering while playing,why not keeping that topaz account on topaz,and just alt-tab,/whois and answer the question only from that nick.
No need for 2 accounts,points transfer or anything else.
Plus,it can be abused by one person answering from more then 1 account,thus conflicting with some of our rules and the special 30 points custom reward.
So better keep it simple :)

The whole point is that you have to catch the bot and see the question. So you just need to write "hint" in channel where he is and you will get the question ;)

I'm wondering ... bot "hint", when does he login (20:00h-00:00h or he can login in 03:00)
This is because "hint" didn't logged but only once 2 days ago, yesterday "hint" wasn't logged because of tour so my question is is there any specific time that i should wait for "hint"

I red the rules and i know what is written there.

yesterday hint didnt log because of lag and server maintenance. now everything works fine and quiz runs normally. hint login on random hour, random channel. the whole idea is to find him, to hunt him. all users have necessary commands for it; /watch, /whois etc.
