why I'm locked? I have more than 150 games, so I should get warning. Not locked me without "noted"

In moment when i've lock your account you had 337 games played, so there was no such option to give you NOTED status.
You were banned right , pure disc..

"Clear case for user with +350 games : User will get 2 "noted" status. If he is reported again for dischack ( not a clear case ), user will have 3 "noted" status; if case is clear again, user will have 4 "noted" status, which means account locked."

So I think that I should get ONE noted.
