Banned of tournament ?!

Well.. i just don't understand why i was banned by Max]TooL;
I just want a plausible answer.

Xfire fixed the error, and tool said that i won't play cause i will got ban about 2 weeks, and it wasn't a mistake.

As the rules say, 2 weeks ban is the punishment.

The iron tournament disappeared from my "tour screen" ..
Or the tour just get done to fast..
I played one game in Random Race Tour, and i really want continue in the tour..
So please, see my case, i just didn't saw the iron tour running, i was playing the other tours ;\

But i didn't, i was playing this 2 tours, the elf tour i played yesterday.
