promblem with bl

hi i downloaded banlist version 3 but when im going to ban it says unknown command and when i type /fromall nothing happens can anyone help?

whenb u wirte /pingall eurobattle server will say dont know that comand but if u are with bl on that will ping... u just need press Ctrl+V and its done... btw check some preferences like ur hardware of conection and turn it on b4 strat the game ;) btw u need wincap to they release it with installer so check it ;)
