why banned?

got disc.....i understand that but vouch -2 rep?what for?[SyS]-73rror ask for vouch and i vouch him i don't know this guy is not friend of mine...i vouch this guy to start fast...and got banned nice

Well , you know what vouch mean? When u vouch for someone u are fully responsible for every his action , so for any mistake of him , you pay . Thats why it should be done only for proven friends when u'r sure he'll play and act on ss level . Its written in rules so i dont understand whats the problem .
You should think twice before doing it next time.
