Question about ss-rank?

I do not care much about this...but im courious does system have now some changes or its bug..when i have 9 wins and 4 loses and mifA w7 l4 and hes better ranked than me..how i even have only 73 points with 9 wins???
Do i lose somehow my points??

it counts and against who you play, if you play against better ranked people then you, you will get much points than regulary (you will get points even if you lose)

i cant find that thread...where ex explained how many points u get for win vs weaker team...
ps:i found page where is it explained but still ---cant find how much points u get if u win with stronger team...
