7) Intentional game ruining - time channel ban ( 1 - 3 weeks, depends on moderator's decision ) and immidiate deletion prticular user from safelist database ( he will have to post safelist equest again, after ban expires ), ewentually -3 rep points.

refusing to play is going under this point. also if you add that he was afk next to fountain and not provide share he should be banned whatever you want to ban him for intentional game ruining or only -3 rep for that and -2 for afk rule:>

No, he cannot. Check the rules again.

5) Going 'afk' is not allowed longer than 10 min, provided by sharing control to all players.Abusing of shared control is also not allowed, and will result as instant channel ban.

Watch the replay before you start to argue. He was afk very long (he was already afk in 33rd minute, and remained afh until almost the end - 55th min, so its like 20 min of afking).
He wrote, that he refuses to play and intentionally waited in the base. There is no excuse for such behavior.

Ban for killer! The rules say it according to what Mer copied so if now he doesnt receive ban , more situations like this will occur. All things are there , chatlogs proofs , replay. A thing that Killer do was worse than intentional leaving. why? when someone leave team get his items, gold and autogold income, and ofc if he left in late game team can use his hero. If he tower hug teams get nothing(and lose xp if fights come near fountain).

we invited out friend(tomch)to play safelisted game with us(I wasn't playing that game) to show him that it's worth being safelisted to play games without leavers and noobs. And [SyS]-Killer show him his mega pawnzor skill (feeding as hell) and worse manner than we see in pubs.

and why not? sometimes u just play bad or not in the mood or any other such thing its not that anybody can play gosu in all games
