From the replay it is clear that he was dropped (or he plugged, but we can't say that for sure; it's reasonable to assume that he just dropped).

He hasn't been moving for like 40 seconds before he left. Also, when he left the game, the hosting bot didn't write that he left the game (it's a symptom, that the player was dropped)
