some locked accs

These acc were locked by Rake cause of hacking our forums , time to time I see them still trying to enter TR channel. How could this happen ? can they unban themselfes ?

Seeing them on tr.guard's log as autobanned , that means he could entered server first.

Well,none of the accounts are in banlist,so there are 2 explainings :
-Rake forgot to lock their accounts ( and probably their ips )which it's pretty hard to believe,or
-he only locked their ips(ingame,not with banlist) and forgot about accounts,and liz0 has a dynamic ip(it could also be a typing error)
