Channel Serbia[again -.-]

Hey guys...i noticed that there is no channel serbia or a op in it...so i am sugesting to make one...my acc on server is DeadMaNWalking and i am here since 2004(i think or maby 2005) and i played a lot of games...i like to help people and so...i got noted for dischack once(last year) because power went off in the city( -.- ),and i got noted few times for lag abusing that was not on purpose...(only once because i didnt like the guy ...the way he talked to me ...),and once i got banned for "Level Uping" wich was actualy caused by my causin...when i was on training/english classes/school ...and i didnt care about it becasue i was playign wow... bleh...and thats all...i know it looks bad ...but i dont use hacks or anything...oh yeah...i got few infractions...1 is for insaulting(i was rly mad....once again sry about that),1 was for "lieing to admin"(i didnt watch reply and i reported a guy for mh :| ) and 3rd one is for ressurecting the threads...(i always forget to read when is last post :| )
Ok...there is a problem as u can see...in the rules it says i need 600 posts... but i only got 575...i am sure that i will get them till the end of the next day...or maby even today...who knows...
I want u to create channel Serbia and i would like to be a OP there...i think i could do the good job(if channel becomes active...and i hope it will because there is a lot of serbian players on the server)....so please people from serbia vote do u want this channel....and me for OP...

PS:Admins/Mods dont close this thread because i dont have 600 posts or anything else...i am sure we can talk about it...
PS2:Remember only SERBIAN people can vote...and yeah...u need 200 posts to vote... :)

About you being an OP in channel ''serbia'', pff, that ain't gonna happen (you have plenty of infractions).
BTW in order to be an OP in a channel, there must be a channel.

BTW if there will be a channel ''serbia'' one day, I think admins should choose a OP for that channel.

This matter has been already discussed and as far, as I remember we told Serbian users, that we won't 'create' their channel, same as we neever created any other.Surely, we're not going to give any op there for people, who want to look cool.

If You, Serbian people, want to have your own channel, then start making it.Start sitting there, spending your time.Start chatting there, talk, laugh, have some free time.Start playing your own games.Gather all there, make this channel popular, call your friends, and tell your friends to call more friends, etc etc.When channel is 'formed', when ppl start sitting there, talking, having nice time, when there are a lot of users there, we will think about operators to bring order there.Not earlier.

Remember, that ops are for channels, not channels for ops.We won't give you op, cause along with several friends you want to make some priv place for yourself.

If you really care for place for Serbian people, then start talking with them, not with us.Convince them to build that channel together first.Are you sure, most of them want it ? Cause I'm not so sure about it.If Serbian people wanted their own channel, it would be made long time ago, same as channels for other nationalities ( ro, cro, cz/sk, tr, etc).

We're not blind, when new channel will be 'formed' we will surely notice it and take appropriate action.Till then, we can not help you.
