my profile didn't change help!!

hi all,
i have played many times footman and normal game but my level still the same and my profile didn't changed why? whow can i fix that?

Vampire, profile level is connected only to ladder wc3 tft games, if you want to play them , you have to click on some of icons in the top part of the screen while you are in chat. You cannot get any level by playing normal custom games

Your profile changes only if you play games by 'Play Game' or 'Quick Game' or 'Arranged Team' , not custom games like dota/footmen/td's or other.
