if admins cannot solve this case under theirs own conditions like this what marshall wrote in this post : http://eurobattle.net/showthread.php?t=61849
,and there are similar warning's by other admins about bad manners .
And if rules are just for little players and not for him or someone else ,then this is something you need to solve in first place.
It seems to me that he deserves at least few infraction points for his acts .
