Moderating Channel TR

Channel TR was moderated at 10:30 pm. Reason: only one user spammed and used swearword. He is banned after his spamming, but channel is still moderated. Not only Nery but also Nazgul777 don't answer us. Is this justice that moderating channel because of only one user?

Ops can /voice the ones who want to talk. If someone starts swearing and spamming they can /devoice them.

Main issue is not answering/ignoring me. Main issue is moderating channel because of only one person. Channel is still moderated (11:21 pm); it means more than 45 minutes.
