Connection to Battle.net

Is my connection is the problem why i cant connect to Battle.net? I have 128/96 kbps. Is my connection to slow? Before I had 64/64 and I had connected every time. But now... I dont know what is the problem! Someone please help me!

Do you ahve server patch 1.21? Did you changed the server address? It has changed. If not then here is the registry entrance for it.
