a player banned for swearing and badmanner, he also sweared atme.
he came with a new acc after 3 mins or 4 , and he posted his nice sentences
by copy paste at least 4 times until banned.

then he came with an other acc after 3-4 mins and done the same.

meanwhile , he tried to enter channel with his old 2 or 3 different acc.which are already banned before.

totally, he sweared at least 20 -30 times in 30 mins with different acc.

As I see him a little child I really dont care, but we have to wait these stupids until they satisfy themselves. all channell has to watch his ugly soul.

we can NOT check IP of any nick in channel.
we can NOT crosscheck merucial.....drsagbirakmayan....ImdryasImOC... ?(example)
we can NOT acc.lock and / or IP lock (technically not possible -not static)
we can NOT squelch them permenantly,
we can NOT stop taking new acc so quickly

I really dont care myself, how ugly is he or not :( I really do it for my channell.
I wish I could stop him instantly, only this will give him a strong massage and others, to be kind and respectfull to others and channell.

Ok back to the topic.

Well, you can ask any admin to come and /moderate the channel and then you can give voice to who ever wants to talk and devoice the ones that start to swear. This way some spirits will calm down. And don't worry. Some TR players came in my channel about 2 weeks ago and started flaming me all of the sudden, in English. But the thing is that I'm calm and ignore them, if they continue to swear me in public and swear other players in public then I ban them.

About the op powers. Well, only hacks ops have account lock r and/or IP ban commands. For check IP you need CG2, which ain't an option. Perma ignore ain't an option as well, maybe he calms down in about 2-3 days and asks your help but you don't see him?

I'll try something but dunno if it will be agreed.

I agree indeed.If we look over the past, they are also right to have some doubts , not give some powers. It is really hard to assure admins after so "nice times" lived in end of august.
