May we establish some new rules&punisments against "quiters - pumpers -maphackers" in our own community ? Untill safelist would begin , need some measurments in our channel TR. Ofcourse in custom + private dota games I mean .

would it create any conflict with eurobattle rules ?

Its your channel your comunity your rules.

Feel free to change it as long as it doesnt cause any harm to server or to us.

You got your own forum to discuss those stuff you dont have to ask our permission.

there is a solution for maphackers in dota games : play on the map 6.49 AMH - this map is anti maphack . it can detect maphackers and drop them .
- for quitters... add them to your banlist and you never play with them again .

@punishments - they are kids with little brains , why punnish them ? :)
good players are hard to find , the banlist is the perfect solution for quitters , noobs , feeders , spamers etc :)

The Banlist ain't the perfect solution because people can abuse it. Also Dryas wants to make safelist on channel TR. Next time read his post more carefully.
