Channel Ban pls unban...

My friend banned 2 weeks ago but still he is banned on TR Channel i think for flood he wasn't know flood forbidden for now can u unban pls

thejackalious has been banned at 11th october cause of swearing at an other player , not for spamming.He hasnt applied for unaban at our forums yet.Why coming here directly ? just posting some sentences from logs for him to remember ( sorry I cant translate...)
