Hello! I want to register 3 channels: "ro" , "114" and "VIP". "ro" and "114" are 2 romanian channels with a lot of users on them and "vip" i want it to be a channel for good players.
By registering i mean that i want to be op on the channels and to have the power to ban users from channel and to make other op's with same atributes as me but with power less than mine in case that they abuse of it.
The main problem on "ro" and "114" is that there don't exist manners and someone needs to make then to be more polite.
Channel "VIP" i want to be a mediocre-pro skilled romanian players (it will also be good for gathering more players for "ss"). I want it to be public, but I want to have the power to ban permanently from channel unskilled players.
If it's possible, i want to have the power to ban permanently for "ro" and "114" for users that where banned, ban expired and than they continue to talk folish.

Ro channel already exist so we dont need to make another channel and if u want to request for op Read rules u must have 600 post at last.And make a poll

I am already op on ro and I don't see them talk bull**** or to be bad mannered. Also AncientPriest will be op on Ro with me as well. So there won't be any room for more ops since maximum number of ops is 2.
