What is SS going about?

Hi. I post here because i don't want to spam "SS" thing...

What is Safelist or smth?
For what is it? DotA?
Is it a game making clan or something?
How can i join (?) it ?

Hello.

'SS' is closed, dota community.It has been created to improve dota gaming.I think, every dota player would like to play good, long and competetive dota games, without things, which destroys them ( hackers, bug abusers, totall noobs, no manners, leavers, etc ).

'SS' is such place.There are clear rules, saying what is allowed, and what's no and also clear punishment system for every thing, which destroys game somehow.

In order to join channel, you must post 'safelist request' for it.Here ('http://www.eurobattle.net/showthread.php?t=54414') you have all requied info.Read carefully, and be sure, you can meet requiments.After, you post request, moderator will watch your replay, and if you met requiments, you will be added to bot's database.Then, you will enjoy higher quality games( surely, much better then 90% of pubs ).

OK i understand almost all things now.

The first thing i don't know is, what is -di command... Second, what is autoattack going about and all deny things. What you mean here? About teamwork - its very clear, i love teamwork :) . Third, how to make a replay in easiest way? Just at end of the game, hit save replay or use this one from WC3Banlist? (i got beta 3.1)

-di command , when typed while playing dota , creates a little place in up-right corner of screen and by typing it , you can see how much creeps you killed and denied.

Autoattack->When you attack creep all the time randomly , not trying to kill them and get gold from them. This is what begginers do , same as lazy players. :) You must not do this if you want to play in SS comunity.

Last hit-> When you try to hit a creep last , so you can get gold from it. Its like you walk around until creep has 50 hp , and then you atack it , so since your atack is 70 you will kill it and get gold. You must do it very much in order to play in SS comunity.

Denie-> When you kill your ally creep[sentinel if you are sentinel , scourge if you are scourge] when it is low on health points so enemy wouldn't get gold and expiriance.You must do this good if you want to get in SS comunity.


Post a replay by saving it anyhow , by banlist you can do it also , then by attaching it in your thread about safelist request.

Actually when you denie him they don't get gold, but xp they stillg et. It happened to me countless times when I denied a creep adn the oponent just leveled up, without any other creep to die.

My point was not to write a book in my previous post , so I cutted it a bit. :)

Well if you realy had to mention it , when you deny , an opponent wont lose all xp he can get from that creep , but only partial. Something like 44 xp to range , 22 to melee.

K thanks for explaination. Actually I am "a bit" lazy and i usually micro only ranged >.<

But there's another problem, it is very hard to get (or make) a game where nobody leaves...

Well , it is realy hard to find that kind of game , but it is a must , all ss players had to play a game where there weren't leavers until lategame.

And you must micro good to enter ss comunity since it is dota basic.
