Because many of you don't read the rules, I hope that you'll read this post.
First of all, users which can create OP requests poll need to have at least 600 posts and 9 months since forum account creation.
Secondly, when there is a poll for a country channel op, only the people from that country may vote in that poll. Not respecting this may result in ban and also results in vote(s) deletion from poll.
Thirdly, if you want to vote in a poll, you need to have at least 200 GOOD posts. Why? Because every one can create new accounts over and over again and vote for them selfs or against some one.
Also if you create a poll to get op for a dead channel which no one joins, you will get a warning or forum if you insist!
If you have some misunderstandings, fell free to PM me.
Also, I would like you to know : requests for OP for channels TR/vietnam/pinoy will be ignored, since we deal with those channel directly on their community forum and they don't request here; they make their own polls there and discuss then they announce mr. TP_MoonStar about it.
